CENEDELLA MASONRY

I was speaking with Rob in regards to replacing a bulkhead and fill in. Rob came out and did an estimate. I asked him for a qoute that needed to be mailed as I needed to get qoutes for the Condo Association. He said the Job would cost about 4600 dollars. After waiting a while I did not recieve the qoute, but other qoutes for the job was about 6,000 dollars. They were cheaper, and from what I had heard, did good work. I called Rob up and asked that the work be done a month from the day we spoke. As I would be going on vacation. Rob agreed to do the Job and that everything would be handled. The week of June 8th I said. I then required him to contact my management company as I am the Trustee of the a very small Condo in which the work needed to be done. A week went by and the manangement company said no call. So I then called Rob back. I asked him if he ever called. He stated, that it was a wrong number. It was surprising, because I not only called the number all the time, but I happened to of copied and pasted it from the contacts in my Iphone. I went back to the text clicked and called and sure enough it was correct. After weeks of trying to get the better deal. I saw I was wasting my time. Eventually I couldn't get through. I called the main number and asked to speak to the owner and followed up. Never received a call back. I now had to go with the higher price option, which the Condo can't afford with out assessing or raising fees. They have made this a nightmare and I will never deal with them again. They are very unprofessional. If they can't do the job,, they won't say so, they will blow smoke up your rear end and hope you get tired of calling.
