 + -1 moreChris and his crew do great work, are completely trustworthy and reliable, and they leave the place spotless. We had no problem leaving the house keys with him to do the work. Communication is fantastic. We really like that he works with the homeowner to find cost-effective ways to meet their needs. He's also focused on doing things the right way rather than taking shortcuts that end up costing the homeowner later. On the job, he and his crew are great to work with and very professional. They show up on time and keep you informed. While this is the most recent project we've hired Chris to do, we've had him do a whole range of projects on our properties including a deck addition, window and door replacements, and other smaller projects, and we keep coming back. You just can't beat the combination of great quality work and price. Very highly recommended.
Description of Work: Repaired and replaced exterior trim boards on house. Framed and finished third floor attic space into home office and family room.

 + -1 moreChris is a great communicator, and explains everything in detail in layman terms. He provided an estimate and stayed within that budget. He showed up on time, every time. He left the place spotless. I felt comfortable giving him the keys to my home. He made my kitchen and two bathrooms look beautiful. I'm a senior single lady so trusting someone in my home is a "big deal". He was recommended by my plumber, and I thank my "lucky stars" that I found him. I highly recommend him. - I can't praise him enough. Chris exceeded all my expectations and that is why I give him 5 stars!
Description of Work: Installed two vanities, 2 mirrors, fixed walls that plumber took down in kitchen and two bathrooms. Fixed ceilings, installed kitchen cabinets, and did some misc work.
