BRIGHT INSURANCE

My wife and I were sent to this agency for a "courtesy stamp" about a week ago. They were far from courteous. I walked into the agency and told the woman behind the desk that my insurance agency had made arrangements with a woman named Gloria for us to get a courtesy stamp. She told us to have a seat and she'd get her. As we're sitting their we hear what sounds like an extremely frustrated young woman telling this woman that Gloria is at lunch and she guesses she'll have to take care of it. This young blonde woman comes out, doesn't even greet my husband or I and pretty rips the papers out of my hand. She then stormed away and we heard her yelling from her office that she couldn't find the paper work, which was in perfect order a minute before when she ripped it out of my hand. She finally managed to find it and stamp it. Then stormed back out of her office again not making eye contact or acknowledging my husband or I in any way and throws the papers down on the front desk. The woman behind the desk asks her, not us, quite rudely do they know they have to pay? The young blonde woman then looked at us like we were couple of pieces of s*** under her shoe, rolled her eyes and stormed away. The woman behind the desk then rudely said to us ya know you have to pay for this. I said yes I know it's $ 25.00 right? She took my money with out another word to either of us.
Customer Service Is Apparently Not Really Their Thing!!!
