The one issue I realized after the roofing job was completed that some boards on the siding of the house had to be removed. We had painted the house 3 years ago and it need to be repainted but the colors now look odd with the mix of the fresh and older paint. We wanted him to paint it at the end, but he told us that they aren't painters and would have to sub-contract painters to paint five boards. We painted it ourselves in the end, but I wish we would have been given a heads up there would need to be some repainting done after the job is completed. He does provide great service, excellent pricing and warranties, and follows-up when he says he will. This was our first roofing job so the painting issue was due to our ignorance on this process. Just make sure you save the painting of your home after you replace your roof as not all roofers are painters.
