Electrical Service
Terrible service that could have been done in less then 2 mns for a cheaper price; not even 6 months after the service, I start having the same issue with the electrical switch; when I called for them to come out, they wanted to charge me the same price all over again for the same poor service they previously conducted. I was able to get someone else to do the service, all they did was changing out the switch with a $2 one they picked up from LOWES and problem solved in 2mns. The electrician could have provided a new switch which are really cheap, instead of trying to re-secure the connection which come loose few months later. For Theta to expect me to pay them the same amount again for the same service by saying my warranty with them was up, is not the way to do business. Overall, the service was not perform correctly and become a temporary fix
