How did it go? Overall quite poorly. From the start I had issues with Deanne. I've used "Superior" twice before so I didn't expect any issues. Instead I was met with a plethora of issues. It started when I contacted Deanne to do more projects on my house. She was originally available, and then just ghosted me. After pushing the issue higher up I got a response. Long story short we decided to go with them after more issues. Installation was a disaster. The "head" of the two guys didn't know what he was doing and spoke little english. He needed assistance from the shop. He didn't clean up. He left broken glass ALL over the floor (I have dogs and kids). Just left and didn't even tell me when the job wasn't even finished. So many problems. I addressed them to the manager/owner who brushed everything aside. Do yourself a favor and use someone else instead. Angi has plenty of companies, use a different one.
