I do not normally use a landscaper but needed 3 months of landscaping while I was traveling, including the heavy Fall leaf care and end-of-season cleanup of plants in the flower beds.
Due to an error on my part with the address for J&M my deposit check did not arrive, but they continued the work anyway and talked to the house-sitter to receive payment - this was excellent service - other landscapers might have given up at this point and left a difficult situation and I have to say this is part of my appreciation.
But the other sign of great service was the condition in which we found the yard when we returned from our travels. The obvious parts such as the lawn and leaf picking and disposal had been competently done, but the wonderful work done in the flower beds was unexpected and of high quality.
