+ -1 moreVery professional and skilled! I used guaranteed repair estimate from repairpal.com. He stuck with that estimate even though he discovered that the actual cost ran $400+ more. Was completely honest and up-front about this situation. He will be getting reimbursement of cost overage from repairpal.com, which guarantees their estimate to the repair shop also. Would recommend him to others in a heartbeat!
Description of Work: Diagnosed failed alternator in 2007 VW Beetle. Replaced alternator.
