As most people are busy with work and other details of life, I choose to request a quote on the installation of an alarm/ auto starter as well as the upgrading of my vehicles speakers via email. There was an occasional quick turnaround response but that was not the norm. When I received the quote, I had a few questions regarding the speakers and alarm/auto starter. When I received no response on requested details of the alarm/auto started I was quoted on, I went to their web site and found the alarm/auto starter I was interested in and asked for a quote on that model. The response was " Like i said earlier that unit installed into your vehicle is gonna be $399.99 installed". This wasn't the first time I got the response, like i said. First impressions make a big impact on me. The unprofessionalism of the communications has left me with the impression of an unprofessional company and my business is going elsewhere.

Saccucci Honda vendor, Autosound of Plainville, MA, replaced faulty remote starter they had installed before delivery of my 2014 CR-V in December. The faulty remote starter, installed on December 21 by Autosound, caused my battery to drain down every one to two days requiring me to jump start the car. I reported this problem on December 28 but Autosound did not replace the remote starter until Jan 3. Given the inconvenience caused by this problem I do not consider Autosound was responsive and I give them a "D" in this category. Autosound did replace the faulty remote starter at no cost to me. Lack of responsiveness aside, I am pleased with the replacement remote starter and neat installation performed by Autosound. Saccucci Honda provided me with a loaner when Autosound replaced the remote starter.

They stand by their work and have a lifetime guarantee for their remote starters. I had the original starter put in years ago and they fixed it for free. It's not cheap upfront, but they do a good job.
