When we bought the house, there was a little bit of privacy fence around one side of the house but not the other. What I originally wanted was some chunks of white temporary fence one side to finish it. Along the other side, it would run parallel to the street so that if you were on the street, you would look over and see a privacy fence and the chain link around the back of it. They gave me a deal because I was getting a roof, gutters and a fence. I got a discount with them. When Luis came out, he is a real nice guy and obviously very knowledgeable, he looked around and ran some measurements, confirmed some stuff and sketched out a plan for fencing. It told me that it would be a three days thing depending on the weather everything like that. The materials got ordered and everything got placed and they showed up. What was really nice was that when they came out, the crew started doing everything and so they actually did my vinyl privacy fence first. Everything was done nice and clean. They were very respectful. They cleaned up everyday after themselves. They wouldn't leave debris or trash behind which has not always been my experience with certain companies. They dug all the posts and confirmed with me just to keep me in the loop. They gave me good explanations and made sure that I understood. They let me know what the process was. They took care of the fence and on the 2nd day, everything looked great but I noticed that one of the posts in the back near the gate seemed a little bit loose. I called and Luis himself the owner of the company came out the next day. I wasn't home but my wife told me that he came out and apologized to my wife and fixed it. They came out the next day and tightened everything up and everything is beautiful except for where a junk tree branch fell. They were very polite and very nice. Luis is a very nice guy and very social, we had a nice chat when he was out at the house taking measurements. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. Everything was done right on the time line and very high quality. I am very satisfied with everything.
