The company is polite but the service is horrible.  They never come to check the traps and when they do, they don't check all the traps.  This year I got new mulch and they didn't even move the mulch to check the baits.  And when I called to let the owner (who installed the traps) know that he missed most of the traps he sounded surprised.  He never comes to check the traps.  I always have to call to remind them.  For 2 years, I have been patient with the owner and took all his excuses.  This year I called him and complained and let him know that I won't be renewing and he didn't seem to care.  Not a good way to do business.

Scott never came when he was supposed to and thought of every excuse in the book.  One time he had a girl working for him and he thought the girl took care of everything, then we weren't entered into the system correctly, and a few times he did the "are you sure I didn't come by?"...
We still have termites today.  He gave us every excuse in the book and we always had to call the office to tell them to come in.  Renewal ended in October and I finally called in May to see if they still wanted my business.  I said I probably won't renew next year and he said (exact words), "That's fine with me."  Nice attitude to your customers.
Scott is lazy, unreliable, and sneaky.   Don't use this company.  I'm sure the past reviews were from friends and family.

He is dependable and does a great job. He is courteous and explains everything. I trusted him in my home while I was not there, as he had to spray. He is very accommodating and worked my daughter into his schedule one time and came at 5:30am to make sure he could do the job before his other scheduled appointments for the day.

The people are personable but have not been as responsive as I would like. They have monitored the termite bait traps as stated in the contract, and they threw in free carpenter ant service for a year but only offered one option (powder) that didn't do the job. I hired a different company recently who came out and got rid of the ants. I plan to stick with the new company.

He was more than half the price of other exterminators. He even gave me a guarantee. I have never seen another carpenter ant in my house. He is very friendly and knowledgeable.

He was a friend of the contractor who was working in my house and was recommended by him.  The guy that came out here was pretty professional.  It went well as far as dealing with him.  He was a nice enough guy and professional.  We will have to see what happens.  He did find another problem with carpenter ants under the siding and he threw that in for free.  I continued to see them.  He told me that he would come back if I did see them and he did come back.  I don't see them now.  He seems reliable too and it remains to be seen if it works for the termites.  I don't know what the going price is for the work he did.  Somebody is supposed to come back every month and check the traps.  We are at the beginning of the treatment and I don't know what is going to happen.  If I still have a problem with the termites after the 2 year contract, I will go see somebody else.

I received a recommendation from a friend and sent an "urgent" email late on a Friday night after I encountered a mouse running all around my kitchen. I received a call early Saturday morning and an appointment was set up for the following Monday. Scott was right on time, asked the right questions, listened to my concerns and walked me through a detailed plan to remove the mice taking into consideration my dogs. He set he bait stations and we made an appt; told me to give him a call if I saw any mice before my re-check appt and we made a follow up appt for two weeks later. It's been 2 weeks -I haven't seen any more late night visitors and there is no longer any evidence of any mice in my cellar. I think we've solved the problem but to confirm Scott is coming out again in April when it warms up. In the meantime if I see any I will be sure to call him quickly. Money well spent.
