They accommodated me immediately because I needed the job done before I could sell my home, even though it was their day off. Everyone was extremely polite.

They did the work! Punctually. Will not hire again cause they don’t take credit card And when I called to get the work done and asked about military discount the receptionist was rude! Better to talk to the owner Mr Storch he’s a good human but need to accept credit card and offer some sort of military discount! I own another house and will be doing mitigation there and will not hire that company even though they did a clean job

the inspection was very eye opening and helpful.

The radon pump is now longer working properly. I'm calling another company since I do not trust this firm.

The work was top notch. The workers were the reason I realized I made a good decision. The two men that came out where Justin and nick, They were absolutely outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone. They were clean, professional, and punctual.

George arrived early, so he had already inspected the roof by the time we arrived. He explained the good and bad items with the appropriate level of detail, stopping to explain and answer my questions. He did a thorough job and suggested the next steps (detailed inspection by another contractor). The report was easy to understand. The seller was actually at the inspection (acting as her own agent). She continually defended items. George was very polite yet stood his ground. He explained the problems to her and did not back down when she tried to downplay the issues. We appreciated how he handled the seller without detracting from his responsibility to us as the buyers.

We needed to perform an inspection before we wrote an offer on a home. We were lucky to get a cancelled appointment and asked that Judd show up on time and perform inspection within two hours. He showed up early and understood that we were looking for an assessment on the major issues. He moved through quickly and clearly had a profound understanding of the home's structures and systems. He offered advice and suggestions without the arrogance and condescension often found in people with far less knowledge. He finished with 15 minutes to spare. He gave me exactly what I needed.

They were reliable, on budget and always available with information if I called them about the service.

They came out on time and did everything they said they were going to do. They explained what they were doing as they were doing it. Scheduling was easy and they came within the week of me calling them to schedule the appointment. It took about a half a day or less install the system.

Even though I had a quote from this company and mentioned this in my email, they never replied back to me.

When we moved into our home, our real estate agent arranged for Storch to provide a quote, which seemed reasonable. We signed a contract and they came out to our house. The guy talked to my wife (I wasn't home), basically told her that it couldn't be done for reasons that were unclear. I tried to call him three times to get details, left messages on his cell phone and with his office staff, but he didn't return any calls. My guess is that it was more complicated than they guessed, and wanted to back out of their estimate. In the, end the basement was mitigated by Radon systems, LLC without a lot of difficulty.

They were quick, efficient, and found a way to install the system with the least amount of disruption to the homeowner.

We were in the process purchasing a house in Weymouth and we had the home inspector test for radon. Unfortunately, the test came back positive and we had to have a mitigation system put in. The Seller split the difference with us and used Storch Radon to install the active system in our unfinished basement. We actually did not have any communication with Storch, since the seller was still the owner of the property. But i must say looking at the quality of the work i would say they did a great job. We have a follow up with them to retest to make sure that the system is working properly. But so far, their workmanship looks great.

The inspector, Judd, was terrific. I give him the absolute highest recommendation.

On first call Storch takes your basic info including the radon level and you then get a call from Fred Storch who is presumably the owner operator. He asks further qualifying questions about whether the basement is finished, where windows are located, etc. They then set a time for the visit within a 30 minute window. The crew arrived as expected and discussed where to do the install - we surveyed various options and selected a location that had minimum impact on interior and exterior aesthetics. Job was done quickly and professionally. Very happy with the outcome.

On the 1st call, spoke with Frank Storch about the Radon system. He sounded very professional and knowledgeable. He provided an quote over the phone without seeing the property. They installed a radon remediation system in couple that is not really even noticed. Highly recommended.

The first test is still positive, and they installed a second pipe. Result of the second test hasn't come back yet. The fan they installed is too loud, and when we ask them to have a check, they want to charge us for $100.

THE INSPECTOR WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WILLING TO INSPECT PLACES THAT SOME INSPECTORS WON'T, SUCH AS CRAWL SPACES UNDER THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE. GAVE US SOME GOOD TIPS FOR THINGS THAT WERE NOT CONSIDERED PROBLEMS THAT WOULD SOUR THE DEAL, BUT THAT WE MIGHT WANT TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT AFTER PURCHASING. ALSO SUGGESTED THINGS TO CONSIDER HAVING DONE WHEN WE REPLACE OUR ROOF, SUCH AS WHAT TYPE OF VENTS TO CONSIDER.
