Ron looked at three properties at which I needed fertilizer application. He gave me a price which I thought was fair and we had a deal. He applied fertilizer at all the three properties. At this point Ron seemed enthusiastic about visiting the additional properties that also would be needing treatments for the lawns. About four days after the application, I found two areas on one of the lawns that had been completely burned, due to spilling granulated fertilizer. I called Ron and asked if he would take a look at the lawn. I did not accuse him of being responsible for the damage, I simply asked if he would take a look at it to confirm the burning of the lawn was from spilled fertilizer. I actually offered him another property that would need to be treated, as I understand that mistakes can be made. This was my last conversation with him. I tried calling four times over the next five days and he never answered. He never came back to repair the damage he caused on my lawn.
Description of Work: I hired Ron to apply fertilizer to three lawns.
