Description of Work: I've been banking with this outfit for nine years. They can't do anything right. Last summer I told them I'd be using my debit card for a couple of weeks in Spain and Portugal. They told me there would be no problem. Of course, it wasn't accepted anywhere I went. Most recently, I asked them to send a notice of discharge on a home equity line of credit I had opened so that I could sell my house. They told me they'd do it. They haven't. Completely incompetent.

 + -1 moreI was a long time Citizens bank customer and after they raised their checking account fees, I decided that I was done with national banks. So I went to a local bank, Rockland Trust Co, and opened up an account. They were very helpful, I have no fees, and everything is just smooth.
Description of Work: We use Rockland Trust Co for banking.
