EGGER'S FURNITURE CO

We looked around at several other furniture stores (Rotman's, Jordan's, Bernie & Phyl's) before checking out Egger's. Egger's has a smaller showroom than those larger furniture stores but I cannot say enough about how wonderful Karen from Egger's was. She listened to what we were looking for and didn't try and show us something that was "almost" what we wanted. She took our feedback from a few chair options and from there was able to narrow it down to an example chair which was exactly what we wanted. She took the time to help us select the various finishes and styles associated with having the chair built. She is an absolute professional not just a generic sales person; her advice and guidance was invaluable as this was our first heirloom quality purchase. Our chair arrived 6 weeks after we placed the order and we've been spending quality book reading time in it every day since. While the price of this furniture piece was higher than what we saw at other furniture stores the quality and craftsmanship of the piece matches the price. We love this chair and were impressed enough with the merchandise and personnel at Egger's that we're planning on working with them this holiday season to present a furniture package gift to our families.
