I had problem with an area that racoons or squirrels had broken into and he repaired that, put a small roof area over that same area. He did a new back stairway for me. He is filling some interior work on a washer dryer area that I had that needed a lot of repair; he hasn't started that yet, but he will be doing that. He does all sorts of odds and ends kind of things. He doesn't limit himself. He told me he does all kinds of things. He does cabinets too. He also repaired some siding.
