I called to schedule a delivery on a Monday, called back on Wednesday morning to say that there was a check on the door if they were in the area, called back on Friday requesting at least a call back, called back Saturday to mention that I am very low and have two small children. Every time, I left a message with my name, address, phone number and mentioned that a check was waiting on the door. In almost a week, I had not gotten a call back. I called again on Saturday and my call was finally answered at which point they told me they wouldn't be in my area until the following Wednesday and I would need to deliver a check to them before they would deliver oil.. and if I had someone else to use, to just go ahead and use them. They were rude and unprofessional and claimed they didn't have my phone number to call me back - I left it in a message every time and we have had an account with them since buying this house in April 2010! They should have been able to get our phone number pretty easily. Buyer beware of dealing with this company. I called another oil company who was friendly, courteous and polite and scheduled a delivery for Monday morning - and I called them at noon on a Saturday.

I scheduled only the week earlier via Angies List.   They were able to confirm an appointment within 24 hours.   Showed up a few minutes late because of the distance to my house.  Was professional, did clean work, inspected the general condition.  When I asked if some valves needed replacement, he did not advise to have additional work done unnecessarily -- trustworthy.

The huge value was he was the first technician (8 or so prior) to notice the filter canister was installed backwards, likely since when house was built in 2005. He reinstalled it correctly at no additional charge. Corey is the consummate professional in short supply these days and is on my preferred vendor list.

Burner stopped working , They came out and checked for the problem, prdered the part and returned later in the day to install!

It went perfectly, they were professional, punctual, and easy to work with. even returned to help me adjust venting system when necessary. Estimate was right on target. I highly reccomend this company and Corey Cavicchi , the owner , is honest and has a Masters from Mass Maritime in heating/a/c systems... Smart guy...
