Tom told me up front that they were also juggling two other jobs at the same time. This was okay by me because my husband is a free-lance illustrator so I was used to that and didn't have a hard and fast deadline for completing the work. He always let me know when they would be coming. In addition, the team was careful not to let out my two indoor cats. So the job went longer than originally anticipated, but they did a great job, really transformed my house. I definitely would hire them again.
