The crew arrived on time, did an excellent job removing the old shingles, installing the new roof and the cleanup was superior. Derick the on site supervisor took pictures before and after and explained everything very well. I have held a CSL for many years and would recommend this company because of the professionalism, quality of work and attention to detail that they exhibit.

We are very pleased with the outcome. We couldn't afford to rebuild the entire deck so Beantown did what was necessary to keep it safe and looking great. Brian and Pat did beautiful work. Beantown was really great to work with. We had all old shingles,tar paper and trim removed and had a window replaced. The new window was slightly bigger then the old one. It was no problem for the crew to install. The crews were punctual,respectful, knowledgeable and responsible. All old exterior siding was stripped, any rot found was dealt with, cleaned up at the end of each day. There was rot directly under the front door. The far corner of garage had massive rotting from years worth of small animals and ants.They were able to repair all areas without any problem. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. The materials were, are of great quality. They applied for and got the work permit from the town. They arranged for a dumpster to be delivered. Arranged for an electrician to come and remove exterior lights,meter and cables from house. We were told what and when things were going to happen. They have an attention to detail. The work included: Shingles,trim boards,tar paper, all nails pulled,wrapped entire house & detached garage in 2 different wraps, installed the new window, new siding & trim on both , new dryer and bathroom vent covers, new gutters and downspouts. They also boxed in the metal chimney pipe. Electrician came back and re attached meter,cables,etc to house. They also put up new lights we had picked out.The job was started on a Tuesday. Everything was completed 7 business days later. Our house went from the ugliest in the neighborhood to the most beautiful. We are still in awe of how nice it came out. We recently had our back deck and front porch redone by Beantown. We had several quotes done for the work and Jim took the time to explain how they would complete the work, showed samples and took detailed measurements and notes. When it came time for the work his crew showed that same level of detail in their work. The finished product came out great and process was easy as well. Everyone was professional and friendly. They would answer any questions we had and any questions our kids might have when we were leaving for the bus in the morning. We won’t hesitate to use Jim and his team for any future work.

Beantown did a great job replacing the gutters. After finding golf ball sized holes and one giant hole in the facia they quickly came to replace it with pvc.

We recently contracted with Beantown for brand new siding, gutters, and window replacement. From the start, we were assured and confident that Jim was the right guy for the job. Unlike other companies from whom we got a quote, he personally came out and assessed our property (unlike a general salesperson) gave us advice and recommendations based on his knowledge and experience with transparency to pricing and options. Jim was responsive when we emailed him with questions, and was proactive in communicating next steps and expectations. When it came time for start of the work there were no surprises, we knew exactly what was happening and when. The team at Beantown, the crew who worked on our house, was hands down the most professional, courteous, and polite crew. We have two little kids at home and I was extremely appreciative of this. I have worked with many trades professionals and these guys were top notch. They clearly had a system, and worked to get the job done and get it right. Well, I knew it was time for a new roof. Based on its age and just looking at it, I knew it. I had put off this decision for quite a while now, but yes, now was the time to finally invest in a new roof. Would I rather spend the money on a Hawaiian vacation or perhaps a new Zero Turn Lawnmower yard toy? Maybe, but if I am thinking clearly and correctly, not really! I knew a great roof replacement would add great protection not only for the home, but for me and my loved ones. It provides peace of mind, dynamic curb appeal, and one less big worry. When looking for a new roof, I’m sure like a lot of you have or are doing, I checked around a bit and chatted with a couple of neighbors, family, and friends. I just wasn’t satisfied with the cousin’s son-in-law’s brother’s friend who can do it over a number of weekends mentality. I also wasn’t interested in some of their decision-making like those who would choose bargain basement, lowest cost options, or on the other hand that I felt had been way overcharged. I first contracted Jim several years ago to execute my vinyl siding and roofing project. Most recently his crew installed laminate flooring in four rooms. The work has been top shelf and each of the crew has been on time, customer focused, good suggestions, and went above and beyond with their efforts in many cases. Jim is a very professional businessman and has never, in all these years, failed to quickly respond to a request or question that I had, even if it did not involve contracting Beantown for pending work. I recently had some work done by Beantown home improvement. I had a roof/siding/gutters/windows replaced. From the very beginning of the process they were outstanding. Very responsive when I initially called to get a price. During the estimate process Jim went to great lengths to explain the process, timing, and materials that were to be used. Timing was an issue due to covid. Manufacturers were shut down for a period of time which obviously delayed jobs that had been scheduled. This was explained to me upfront to there would be no misunderstandings as to the scheduled start date. Communication was very thorough throughout the entire process, if you have questions Jim will get back to you with answers (sometimes within minutes!). The job lasted longer than expected due to weather and shortness of days but they got the job done before the winter. I could not be happier with the quality of the work that was done and wouldn’t hesitate for a minute before calling them for future projects.

So I reached out to Beantown Home Improvements in the late summer 2020 while they were finishing up a total residing project on the home next door to me. I spoke directly with the owner James DelPrete and he and his team were total professionals from the very first conversation. I have done numerous home improvement projects over the years and James and his team were knowledgeable, timely, clean with great attention to detail. I would highly recommend Beantown builders... I know I will be coming back to them in the future.

The Project was a complete success from start to finish! Elias, the Project Manager was excellent. We had a major problem with a roof that was leaking . We had several contractors come to look at the roof for estimates. Elias spent the most time of any of the contractors viewing and evaluating the roof and siding as well as the inside of the house where the water was leaking into and discussed the project with the President of Beantown. He was excellent at explaining what needed to be done. It was not your average "roof job" as the roof abutted a large chimney and the room under the roof was cold and drafty. He was very patient with me as I had many questions about the project. Janice, the Office Manager, was courteous and always available from start to finish. The roofing team was very professional and did an excellent job. They also added the appropriate insulation, new siding to the house by the roof, gutters and appropriate flashing. The roof not only looks great, but the room beneath the roof is no longer drafty and there are no leaks. His team cleaned up after the project was completed such that you wouldn't even know they were there. Elias was so professional and he even contacted us after the first rainstorm to make sure that everything was fine. The Office Manager, Janice sent the Roof Warranty to me right away. Had two exterior doors installed by Beantown Home Improvements. They showed up on the day promised but it was too cold to install the doors so they double checked measurements, stored the new doors under my deck and wrapped them in plastic. Returned a few days later and were able to install the new doors. Installation went flawlessly and they did a good job cleaning up. Jarred suggested using pvc trim, glad he recommended it. Doors look great and seal quite well just in time for winter. I will certainly use them again on my next home improvement project and would without hesitation recommend their services.

James from Beantown was prompt, all communications were polite, clear and friendly. He was honest about not knowing if he could guarantee the Hardie siding against woodpeckers but he gave me his list of references. The third call connected me with someone who also had woodpecker problems with wood siding. He confirmed that since the installation of Hardie concrete fiber siding, there has been no further woodpecker problem. Once convinced that this product would help resolve our issue, the process was smooth and fast. Contract signed, work started in 6 days and finished in 2. Excellent worksmanship (product appears almost seamless) and thorough clean up after the job. Our old house has settled and windows are crooked. The workmen cut in around them with good precision. We will have the opposite end of the house sided in the spring and will hire Beantown again to do it.

All beantown staff and all sub contractors were courteous, professional and thorough. Work was started on schedule and completed on time, except for reattaching cable box, meters and outlet to the new wall. Electrician was delayed but Janice in the office was a powerful force in getting this done finally. The finished product is beautiful. We are residing the house in stages and this was the second wall. I look forward to working with James and the Beantown team for completion of the rest of the siding and windows.

We could not have been more satisfied with Beantown Home Improvement providing a new roof and gutters for us. Jim and Elias were extremely responsive in a timely fashion, all equipment was delivered and taken away exactly as they said it would with great respect to our property. The crew worked tirelessly throughout the freezing cold day, The entire operation was professional and efficient. My husband and I highly recommend them for anyone needing this type of service.

It was a great experience from that start. Even getting a quote for a number of siding options and not having the feeling you are being rushed into a sale, like so many companies I've interacted with in the past. The team was very professional and we'd definitely use them again for any work we plan in or around our house.

It went amazingly well. The men who came to tear down the deck were awesome. More joined the crew when they started framing the new deck. They were all Very nice and super friendly. Did a great job. I absolutely love my deck.

The materials and dumpster arrived on a Friday and two weeks later it was all done. The crew worked from 7AM-7PM with two breaks during the day six days a week. The guys were VERY hard workers. At the end of the day the materials and ladders were covered with tarps and all debris was cleaned up. The electrician came out to finish the job and it looks beautiful! Jim, the contractor, was very professional and checked in every few days. I would hire again for roofing, etc. Thanks Beantown!
