Exceptionally professional - Mike scheduled the appointment right away, quickly identified the problem and ordered the part needed, with a delivery the next day. He even called home and cell number to see if we would be available for a Saturday service call to complete the repair. We were away so first thing Monday he arrived to get the washing machine running again, calling to make sure we knew he was on the way. Without me asking, he also managed to fix the clanging water intake pipe noise that had been bothering us for years. They don't make many guys like this anymore.

This was a good experience. Mike very quickly assessed the situation, determined that the engine would need to be replaced, and advised me on the cost of repair vs. the purchase of a new dryer. It made sense to buy a new one, so he then spent time advising me on makes and models and the pros and cons of different options. He also gave me directions on how to fix my dryer vent to prepare for installation. He wrote everything down so I wouldn't forget, and I was able to use the information to get exactly what I needed when I bought a new dryer. The information that he was able to provide was worth the $74.99 fee charged for the visit. He was friendly and polite and I plan to use his company again the next time one of my appliances needs repair.

MIKE HAS COME OUT TO OUR HOME 3 OR 4 TIMES. HE IS PROMPT, HONEST, NEAT AND DOES A VERY GOOD JOB. HE WILL CONTINUE TO BE OUR GO TO APPLIANCE GUY!
