I ca me in recently for a last minute color . They were able to fit me in that day and set the expectation that because I was being squeezed in that there would not be any time to be able to get my hair dried. Ok no problem. When I arrived for my appointment, my color came out amazing. My stylist was great. However when I went to pay my bill at the desk the woman informed me that they don't accept cash. I had no choice but to use a card. Additional to that they because they had no cash on hand they were unable to break larger bills. This to me is inappropriate for the reason being if a person wants to tip their stylist and only had large bills, you either have to give them the whole thing or no tip at all because no one there can make change for you because they have no cash on hand.I was not told about this on the phone prior to my appointment or I would have made change for my larger bills before I came in . What if I was someone who didn't carry credit cards. This could have ended up been an embarrassing situation not being able to pay for my service if all I had was cash. My color came out great, but I probably won't go here again. I was very turned off by the way the woman said we don't accept cash and proceeded to tell me that there was no change. I don't think those practices are very ethical at all.

It is a great spa. They are always welcoming and friendly.

Fantastic. We were spoiled.....pampered....and treated like queens. I have already been back there several times since this first visit. I would recommend them highly!

The downstairs (hair) area is a little hectic and busy. The upstairs (spa) is a little more tranquil. The schedulers/receptionists are pretty nice. I've only seen Heather - she is prompt, quick, comfortable, and does a great job. They give you complimentary water, wine, coffee, etc which is nice. I like it there - very good services that aren't as pricey as some as the other places near Andover/Reading.

Besides nails, I've had facials, wax, massages, body wrap services, and hair done here. All of the services have been very good. The hair salon is located on the first floor, adjacent to the waiting area, so customers watch as services are performed. I don't like this, I prefer more privacy, but I've only had blow outs done here. At $40, it's a pricey blow-out, so I do this only when my regular hairdresser is not available (she charges $20). The facials are routiine, with little time spent on the massage part (which I really look forward to), so this is not my favorite service to have done here, but they do an adequate job. The full-day spa experience is a treat best enjoyed with a friend. This includes mani, pedi, facial, massage, and lunch. Very nice way to spend a day! This is my favorite spa business in the Merrimack Valley area and I recommend it to all of my friends.

I got three services done and all for $50. They are really, really good with price. The ambiance is really relaxing. The staff is really friendly. They are knowledgeable and really personable. They are very welcoming. They do create a gentle, relaxed environment compared to other spas and it is not flashy at all. It is just really wonderful there.

They do hair, nail and massage. I went there for my nails first. I was impressed overall with the salon. It is convenient and they have a good parking. I decided to give it a try and I wasn't disappointed. Their price is fair. They are extremely available. The new person that I am recently seeing wrote down the days and time of the week that she was available. I can schedule in advance. They are very professional. The environment is outstanding and pleasant. At first I thought that I would be intimidated by it because it seemed to be very upscale.
