I give Leon Valcourt & Sons my highest recommendation! They came on time everyday, cleaned up at the end of every day, and went above and beyond what they were contracted for (exterior painting of the house). I got 8 different estimates from painters and Leon was average. Not only did they give excellent recommendations on color, they literally left the house better than they found it. As they painted the house, they fixed minor problems as if they were painting their own house. The crew couldn’t have been nicer and we couldn’t be happier with the job they did. We had a great experience.

The experience with Leon Valcourt & Sons was great.  Willy rescued a failed bathroom project, started by another contractor, and quickly turned it around to give us the finished bathroom we were looking for.  He also did a great job painting the kitchen, living room, and two other rooms.  Lastly, he installed a new kitchen floor that looks great.  Willy is very helpful with suggestions, easy to reach, and shows up when he says he's going to show up.  Overall, a great value and I highly recommend him.

I called Leon Valcourt & Sons based on Angie's List recommendations and local recommendations, Leon returned my call and came to the house for an estimate which i thought was fair and his recommendations for the deck work was right on - the interior painting was an add-on at the last minute and again i was pleased with the work. Leon and John showed up on time and cleaned up each day and I would use Leon & his son John again for the next project.

Was recommended by the realtor used to purchase the home. Hard to get ahold of initially but this was mainly due to realtor connection. Worked over the phone for quote, paint color selection (from Benjamin Moore pallet), provided a estimate based on my descriptions that he would refine once he had seen the job. I purchased the paint and had it on the job site prior to his arrival. Arrived on time with a small team (his sons I believe), reviewed the work, confirmed the cost (exaclty as discussed on the phone) and set to work. Worked as a unit one room at a time, quickly and neatly. Primed as needed (some rooms required, others not), cycled to other rooms while one was drying to keep the team busy. Worked in 4 different rooms on 2 floors. Move smoothly through the house with minimal intrusion, zero mess, so quiet that I had to check to see of they were still there! Job was done quickly (4 rooms, multiple coats, single day in the home). Very satisfied with the results. Very professional.

Their price was a lot lower than anyone else that we had. They just were excellent. The guy really knew his stuff. We felt very comfortable with them. They knew and understand what to use for stain on our special oak siding so that it would adhere to. He washed the siding by hand before applying the stain. It looks great after almost a year now. He was very comfortable talking to us and explaining. He and my wife got along really well since they both paint. He was very informative. Whenever I give him a call, he gives me a call back within 24 hours. They were extremely good at cleaning up. Everything went as expected.

This project started w/house painting,roofs and some windows, then I kept adding on and on till we have what we have now. I have not had a single problem w/this contractor or his help.This was not an easy project w/the gutting out, the house being old, it's just plain hard work.They have done a excellent job and I am extremely happy that I have chosen Leon Valcourt to under take this project of mine.Mr.Valcourt is very understanding and help me in a lot of the decisions I had to make and also help me w/electric contractor because we had to bring the wiring and outlets up to code and a chimney contractor for relining the chimney to boiler all excellent work and very reasonable!! This job is on time and will be complete in the time I was told it would be.The quality of all the work being done is excellent from windows,doors,rock,mud and painting!!!!!!!! I am highly recommending this contractor to anybody who may have any remodeling projects,painting,roofing,additions,I believe they also do new build too.
