Excellent service. They came and replaced my leaking gas hot water heater on the same day I called. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Would definitely hire again.

It was very inexpensive. I love the guy they send out, we use him everytime.

I called them at 10:30 they told me between 12 to 2pm , they were there a little after 12 finished in a couple of hours. The person who came over (I can't believe I forgot his name) was very professional and did an outstanding job. I totally recommend them and I now have a plummer going forward.

Michael arrived on time and was very friendly as he fixed the problem. We thought we'd have to replace the whole toilet, but that wasn't needed due to Michael's expertise!

Gave KANNAN & PRICONE PLUMBING & HEATING INC a call at 8am. They sent Michael over right away. He told me it was the drain that gave way. Old house....old pluming!!! Michael had a replacement.He was done in no time. Very friendly person. Most of all, this job didn't cost me an arm and a leg!!!

A rare pleasant experience with a plumbing company. I've had nothing but bad experiences with plumbing companies until I found Kannan & Pricone. And am I glad I did. I don't know why I hadn't tried them sooner. Especially where they are local for me here in Methuen. Other companies I tried to do this service said they'd call me back to set up an appointment but never did. I called K&P and the women who answered the phone was pleasant and professional and set up the appointment for me right then. Mike showed up today on time and was a really pleasant guy. Did a great job. And I feel confident my furnace will make it through another nasty winter. I'll definitely contact them first from now on.

They were very good. They were the first ones to call back and they showed up. Their prices were reasonable compared to another plumber I had before. Everything worked great. I would recommend them for their service and dependability. They did what they were supposed to do.

They are extremely professional, timely, and honest. They often have charged me less than quoted because of the job being easier than expected. I have never came across a company that does that. I have my rental units systems maintained yearly. They are very reliable, and come on a moments notice. The techs are great and they always leave the worksite cleaner than when they arrive. I won't use any other company.

My upstairs radiator had apparently been leaking for quite awhile and water started dripping into the kitchen when the heat was on.  I called this company, received a return call within an hour or so, the technician, Michael, arrived about 30 minutes later, found an fixed the problem in no time.  Amazing service, awesome tech, very reasonable prices.  I will use them for any and all of my plumbing and heating needs.

Our kitchen ceiling suddenly developed streaks of water stains we feared were coming from pipes in an upstairs bathroom or pipes feeding an automatic sprinkler system. Our usual 24-hour plumber left us hanging when we called at 4:30pm on a Friday. We found Kannan & Pricone on Angie's List, and Tom Pricone was at our door within half an hour. Besides being friendly and pleasant, Tom immediately located the source of the leak--a minor drip from a bathtub waterfloe control. He did a temporary fix and sent someone back to replace the broken part and properly caulk all the tub fixtures. We were thrilled with K&P's responsiveness and professionalism.

I was really excited to write this review as the plumber from Kannan and Pricone saved me several thousands of dollars.  The diagnosis I received from a prior company was that I needed to rip out the entire shower and rebuild it from scratch at a cost of $6K.

Called on Wednesday and they had someone here the next day. Mike arrived during the time frame given. He was very professional and courteous. He gave recommendations on replacing the whole faucet system versus repairing the one I had. He gave an estimate on cost. Finished the job promptly. Cost was reasonable. I would definitely use this company again. 

Bill came over to assess the job within an hour of my call and said he would call to do the job the next day. He called early the next morning and sent Mike over who completed the job in 90 minutes.
Other plumbers that I called either did not even answer their phone, or said they were busy and couldn't help me...even though I said I had leaking water. Thanks to Bill and Mike for their responsiveness and quality work. Will definitely call them again for some updating plumbing that I am going to be needing in the near future.

We had a couple different issues going on with the shower.  The faucet wasn't working right so the water didn't shut off properly and there was a lack of water pressure.  I called early and they had someone out by the next day.  I've used them in the past for a kitchen faucet repair the  technician was prompt and very friendly.  

my heating system sprang a leak in the bedroom. I called Bill in the morning, he came over immediately, shut the water off and had Mike return after purchasing a new baseboard system. They offered to repair the original one, but I wanted new. He returned within an hour replace it, and fixed 2 toilets that were running too long. He also noticed a problem with the boiler and came back the next day and fixed that. I've been using them for years now, and will continue to use them. I trust them completely!!

I spent $500 on that work. They are prompt and their prices are fairly good. The owner himself came out and my interactions with him went well. I am not too pleased with some of his workers. Whenever I need repair, the owner comes out and does it. I would definitely recommend them to other members. They are knowledgeable but at times I might have to call them multiple times to get some work done.

REMOVED AND REPLACED 10 YEAR OLD WATER HEATER LOCATED IN CONDO ATTIC. PLUMBER HAD TO REMOVE AND REPLACE ATTIC STAIRS IN ORDER TO GET NEW WATER HEATER TO INSTALLATION LOCATION. TOOK APPROXIMATELY 6 HOURS FROM START TO FINISH.

Scheduled installation, company estimated price at 600-800 dollars. Did the work on time and installed pipe as requested. One month later received an unitemized bill for $1,132.00.
