JOE's FENCE, Inc
About us
Joe Hughes has over 30 years experience installing various types of fence including chainlink, PVC (plastic) and aluminum. For many years he worked as a subcontractor for other fence companies but in 2004, Joe decided to start his own company. With his experience in fence installation and his wife Trudy's experience running a business, we started JOE's FENCE, Inc. Joe's Fence, Inc. merged a wealth of experience and skill into a company that has earned a remarkable reputation as a leading fence company. Joe Hughes (installer), Trudy Hughes (sales and business administrator) and several installers have combine their strengths to create an unbeatable force in fence installation. During the peak season we also hire experienced installers (and helpers that Joe trains personally). We promised at the time we decided to launch Joe's Fence, Inc. that they would always operate with a quality foundation of unwavering ethics and quality workmanship and have continued to do so throughout the years. Even in this slow economy over the past several years, they have increased sales each year due to referrals from satisfied customers. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and are known throughout the industry for our dedication to our customers.

"[Member Name Removed] was not the customer her mother [Member Name Removed] was my customer. [Member Name Removed] is an elderly lady and when I gave her the quote for using our stockade fence but she told me she could not afford the fence and asked if there was anything else we could do to help her out. I told her we could use Lowe's or Home Depot fence but it would not be cedar it would be spruce or pine and it wouldn't last as long. She said that would be fine she just needed a fence to close in her yard so we installed a Lowe's fence for her. Within a short period of time a bunch of the pickets did warp so my husband went and got some more pickets from Lowe's and spent a considerable time changing them out for her for free. Now almost 5 years later the posts are starting to rot and her daughter [Member Name Removed] phoned me up and called me things I cannot even repeat. We have no control over how long Lowe's products last and this was explained to [Member Name Removed] when we installed the fence. ([Member Name Removed] was not there when any of the conversations I had with [Member Name Removed] took place, if she were she would know that all this was explained to [Member Name Removed]). We are known in the fence industry for our excellent customer service and have many referrals from happy customers. We helped [Member Name Removed] out and now [Member Name Removed] is slamming our reputation on the internet."
Less than 48 hours after the job was complete, someone backed into one of the gates. We called and was told Joe would be there first thing in the morning. However, Joe showed up later that same evening to make sure the gate was secure because he knew we dogs. That says it all-
