"Hi Russ I know with previous service requests we were able to get out to your house within 1-2 days to fix your issues so I apologize this time around for the delay. We are doing our best to work through the present circumstances of COVID-19. Rest assure we have not forgot you. For your peace of mind, please don't forget you have a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty if any issues come up when the temperature rises. We will come out free of charge. I have to say I take exception with your description on how we do business. We have been around for 25 years and have over 6,000 customers. We are not perfect but we have to be doing something right to stay in business this long. The siding crew who installed your job does excellent work. They are human beings and make mistakes like the rest of us. Not nailing a couple areas tight enough surely does not fit the description your portraying here. Especially when we came out ASAP to fix. You have my contact information. Please feel free to reach out to me directly with any future issues. Best, Bill Chase-owner"
"Paul, I guess we will agree to disagree about some things detailed in your review of the project we did for you over 4 years ago in 2016. I have worked extremely hard to build our brand and reputation over the last 25 years and just can't sit idle while you post slanderous and false statements. I usually don't respond to this trash but in this case I feel the need. I'm not even sure why you are using Home Advisor to post this since this is not even the way you originally found us. In fact, you were referred to us by your co-worker. Coincidently, that's how we earn 1/3 of our business, through word of mouth and repeat customers. Since you feel the need to post these maligning and untruthful reviews, I feel the need to defend myself and Hi Tech to all potential customers reading this. Additionally, Any Home Improvement Companies who are reading this and are quoting work for him PLEASE TAKE MY ADVISE & STAY AWAY!!!!. This guy is a professional at what he does. He intentionally hires contractors with no intention of paying at the end. Hi Tech unfortunately fell victim to him. He starts taking pictures on Day 1 of the job and continues on through much of the progress. At the end, he makes up a bunch of lies and threatens to post bad reviews. When you cave to his demands he gives his word not to post anything. I can't say I'm surprised on him not keeping his word. I should've known better. In June of this year, Hi Tech will celebrate its 25th anniversary. We have been extremely fortunate to have over 6,000 satisfied customers over this timeframe. If we did shoddy work or did not stand behind our word, there is no way we would be in business this long. I have taken your name off our calling list. I apologize for us calling the 1x. It was mistake on our business development team's end. Believe me it will not happen again."
"Hi Ken As President/Owner of Hi Tech I thought I would respond to your review. Perhaps you missed my email on May 8th 2019 (see below). I am sorry to hear about your mice problem. Although I highly doubt this was caused by the 1 side of the house you had us side, I offered to come out personally to see if there was anything we could do to make you a satisfied customer. My offer still stands if you would like me to come out. Attached is the email I sent to you back in May of this year. Thank you for your business. Bill Chase.
