This is a family owned company and you get all the quality of a smaller company.  When I first bought my home, I knew the chamber kit (firewall) had to be replaced.  I wanted to time the oil delivery close to the repair, but had a real hassle with other companies.  They refused to come until I ordered oil first.  Mr Freeman came out himself to inspect it and found out that the oil tank needed replacing.  He showed me where it had rusted in one spot to paper thin.  Had I gone with the oil companies who wouldn't inspect prior to delivery, I'd might have had oil all over the basement.
They are very timely with deliveries, very professional, personable, have 24 emergency service.   If you didn't realize you were low, they will come out the next morning or in an emergency, the same day.  The only disadvantage is that being a smaller company, they can't offer oil price discounts for quantity.  However, for the quality and not being treated like a number, I will gladly pay a little extra for those services.
