VERY poorly. Last year it took them 5 trips for them to get it right. Lady in office was extremely rude and "bothered" every time I called. When I asked her why, she said that they were very busy. Against my better judgment, I gave them another shot this year. BIG mistake.
This year starting mid May I had to call and email several times to get anyone to respond to set up the date and time. They finally scheduled the visit, after the woman in the office again treated me as if I was bothering her. They sent someone other than Dan, who never checked to make sure that all the heads and feeds were working properly. I have five zones and several not working at all, and the rest not working properly. Rain sensor was set so that throughout multiple days of torrential rains, my sprinklers still went on.
I called back to let them know and to schedule someone to come back while I was there and could point out the problems. I also asked to talk to someone about moving some heads around or adding new ones. NO one ever bothered to call me back. I had to have my office call two more times, upon which the lady in office advised me to send an email to explain the issues. I did, which took even more time to explain each Zone and what was happening or not happening.
I finally was able to set up the appointment, took the morning off from work to be there, but the guy no-showed. I called, and Dan said that the guy never showed up for work that morning, and that he himself would come later in the day. He showed up, but I could not be there.
The next day I saw that one of my sprinkler heads was spraying four feet onto my deck drenching everything, another was all over my fence, and my flower beds in the front yard were not even covered. I sent an email asking for a return call or email and suggested that maybe someone could just tell me how to adjust the heads so that they didn't have to keep coming back. No one responded.
Several days later I saw that the deck was no longer being sprayed, but still no return email or call. I sent an email saying, "It appears that someone did in fact receive this email and adjusted my sprinkler head, even though no one responded to me. I am sending a check today." Still no call or email.
A couple of days later I emailed again, asking for a return call to talk about either adding heads, or moving them around, etc.. No one ever called or emailed me back.
I emailed again a week or so later asking why no one had bothered to call me back. In response I received a very rude email from "Dan", who said that they didn't answer me because my first email was "rude" in that I didn't bother to thank them for returning to fix the sprinkler head. Unbelievable.
It shouldn't be this much work to get a simple seasonal job done that they have done now for three years, and NO one should have to put up with that woman's nasty attitude. Terrible customer contact. Terribly unresponsive. Terrible service. It is unfortunate, because Dan seems very pleasant.

Dan was responsive and on time for appointment. Very friendly and answered all questions thoroughly. He provided information on the system he quoted as well as information on installing a new water meter for the sprinkler system (also recommended using same water meter for filling pool and hot tub).
I had a lot of questions, Dan answered everything and didn't rush through the appoinment. Installation was scheduled for a time convenient for us all. The project was completed in a day as promised.
We had a hose break in the line a few weeks after installation, not sure why (could've been an animal or a root?) but Dan sent someone out the same day and fixed the problem at no charge.
They also scheduled shut off of the system for us for the winter.
I would highly recommend Drought Free.
