I actually hired Joe on 2 separate occasions. First time to replace my hot water tank. Joe was extremely flexible in letting me use any manufacturer versus most other plumbers who were pushing Bradford White. I wanted another manufacturer who had hot water tanks that was going to last 10+ years versus having to deal with Bradford White, replacing the anode, etc. Joe did the job in a timely fashion and was reasonable in cost. Second time, I needed a shower handle cartridge replaced from old age. He replaced it quickly on a Saturday and things are working well. He seems to be working all the time! I would hire Joe again. He is currently my go to plumber.
