Cote & Foster did an outstanding job creating our Craftsman style covered front porch addition.  The professionalism, responsiveness and craftsmanship with which they approached the project were above and beyond.  From the time we met with them to develop the design plan to the actual implementation they responded quickly to any questions or adjustments we had, and because of their attention to planning and detail the job went extremely smoothly and came out even better and more beautiful than we envisioned it in our heads or on paper.  We were trilled with the work and the outcome.  We have received many, many compliments on how exceptional the work is, even from complete strangers walking or driving by our house.  Steve Cote, Bill Foster and their employees were a pleasure to work with and we would and have recommended them to anyone we know that needs a builder or home remodel company.

My experience with Cote and Foster was excellent and I highly recommend them for your project. Cote and Foster came highly recommended by friends and co-workers and I will now refer them to my own friends.   I was worried about talking to a professional and not being able to articulate exactly what I wanted but Steve and was able to “translate” my incomplete thoughts into a viable plan.  I received my quote in a timely manner and the project started and finished in the timeframe they quoted. My renovations included installing hardwood, refinishing floors, removing a wall, and moving duct work and electrical.  I would use them again as I am thrilled to have found such skilled and professional contractors.

Our experience with Steve Cote and Billy Foster (Cote & Foster) was excellent. They are both very honest, hard-working and experienced in the building field. Throughout the course of the the project, one of them was always on-site to oversee and manage the work of their extremely professional crew. They were punctual, got right to work and kept us updated on job progress, subcontractors and the project end date. Our situation was a bit unique in that Cote & Foster did not begin the project, but rather started half-way through where another contractor left off. Our experience with the previous contractor was horrific and Cote & Foster came in and got right to work fixing all of the problems and moving our project in a forward direction. If any additional expenses arose during the course of the project, they would always clearly communicate the extra cost before commencing the add'l work. There were no surprises. All of their subcontractors were very reputable and did quality work. In all, the finished house looks fantastic and I would definitely use them again.
