Description of Work: Contracted ""Cass Shumsky Door Corp"" to do a garage door opened install. Took the morning off to be there for the 8AM appointment. They ""no showed"". I called and the lady said there was a problem with a contractor. No real apology, just a re-schedule for the following week. I called later and asked for an explanation of why I was left hanging. I was basically told nothing and that reschedule was all that they would do. |I called back the next morning, during their posted business hours 3 times and could not reach a person. I left a voice message cancelling the order and the appointment for the following week. |The following week they call me at the time of the cancelled appointment and ask why there is nobody home. I explained that I had called and cancelled 5 days earlier. The reply was "" No you didn't"". I facet her the exact time that I left the message, and said I cancelled. Her reply was ""ok"" and she hung up."

+ -1 moreHe was extremely prompt in the first case. Came as scheduled and finished the work on the first visit. That work was close to 1 year ago (Nov 2012). Excellent service for a fair price. In the second case (Nov 2013), I had called requesting information to help me program a new car (I had lost the remote for one of my doors). He responded that same day (came by the house) and was able to provide me with the information I needed to solve the problem and program my car quickly. Made me a very happy customer. No charge!
Description of Work: Provider has assisted me twice. Once with repairing damaged wiring and again with issue programming my car.

+ -1 moreI'm very satisfied with Shumskey Door Corp. They were here when they said they would be. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The price was very reasonable and they were professional and clean. I think this is a fine company.
Description of Work: They replaced 2 single garage doors. They took away the old doors.
