The estimate was comprehensive. His explanation was complete and he answered all of my questions. He was professional, cordial and gave me the time. I did not end up going with his organization-but would not hesitate to recommend him to others or consider using him in the future.

It went extremely well... Freddie and his crew were professional, responsive and courteous. They are perfectionists and it showed in their quality of work. They were on site before 8am every day and sometimes were there until 6pm. They were meticulous in their daily clean-up and when the job was complete, there was no evidence that they were ever there. Freddie offered his professional opinion on some trim color schemes we were having difficulty with. We went with his suggestion and we were glad that we did. It made our 120 year old Victorian look that much better! We have some interior projects coming up this winter including painting and wallpapering and have already spoken to Freddie about doing that work. I would recommend Baldassari Painting to anyone.

He was terrific. Fred was really wonderful to have around the house. His team was great. You felt safe and secure having all of those guys running around your house. They were very wonderful.

Freddie was very prompt in providing a detailed estimate and timeline for scheduling the work. He then called several days in advance to confirm his arrival. Once he began, he arrived early each morning with his crew, and they all worked very, very hard throughout the entire project. Our project initially included only repainting the trim work of our home. Freddie thoughtfully pointed out a number of issues with our siding paint and suggested we keep an eye on these issues as the house would likely require siding repainting within a year. After looking at our home through the eyes of an experienced painter, we agreed and asked if Freddie could also paint the siding. Freddie was able to adjust his schedule and provide these extra services for us. We were very appreciative of Freddie's honesty and candor, and lack of "high-pressure" salesmanship. Freddie was always on-site and he communicated daily about their progress and checked in to assure we were pleased with his work. He and his team were very professional, clean, neat and tidy. The quality of their work is wonderful, and we were extremely pleased with the ease of the process and the awesome results!
