Their price was less than half of what the dealer wanted and they were able to get an original equipment replacement (rebuilt) ordered and delivered from Chicago in 3 days. The installation was completed in 1 day, as promised. After 10,000 miles, it is working perfectly. The shop is not as pretty as a BMW service area but I'm delighted with their work.
