It went horrible start to finish, Barry Billcliff (real name) introduces himself as Barry James AKA Jamea Barry, AKA James Barry.  Barry Billcliff is a convicted felon and his home improvement contractors license has been revoked and he cant get a new one in Massachusetts.
This SCAM company goes under several different names and has had several different owners all Barry Billcliff.
They did not pull a permit. (required)
The drip edge they installed as fascia was falling off the house.  I called Barry and he told me to call John m. Wolf so called manager John told me to call my insurance company and he was hanging up the phone.
I later found out from Insurance inspector and Town Building inspector the whole job was improperly done and would not have passed inspection. I also learned that there are a dozen or so complaints against them with The Department of consumer affairs and with the Attorney Generals office.
I have had to have the work redone and half of the house repainted.
These people are running a huge scam.

First, very responsive -- we called them late on Friday and they were here early Saturday.  [We had contacted another company earlier who had failed two show up twice as promised.]  Second, job was well done.  All snow piles and ice dams are gone.  Third, they were very professional about the job, fully explained it and what needed to get done.  It turned out to be fairly expensive, but the fact that we had water leaking in three windows made it necessary.
