Overall my appointment was wonderful. The ladies are very friendly when entering as is the rest of the staff. All were very concerned that I was comfortable. I left there very happy and will continue to see Dr. St. Germain for any dental work in the future.

Overall, all procedures, including the crown, went very well. The office and the dentist use the latest in technologies to ensure a procedure such as a crown can be completely completed in their office in one sitting. In my opinion, Dr. St.Germain is a very competent and effective dentist. I thought they pushed a bit too h****** doing x-rays, as at age71, my mouth is very stable - but that is my only complaint.

This dentist was recommended to me by a friend. I've been to this dentist & his hygienists several times for cleanings. Doing a web search, I found out he does volunteer dentistry in Panama. As a new patient, he impressed me with his philosophy. My previous dentist kept wanting to do a crown on a cracked molar before it broke on me and fill a small cavity on another tooth. This dentist said I didn't need any work done. This was the 1st dentist I had who feels the lymph nodes under my chin. I noticed I was billed incorrectly on my 1st visit, some misunderstanding about my insurance - this was taken care of when I pointed it out.
