Everlastings Pressed Flowers

I gave them to the owner in July 2011 and was told 8-10 weeks. Finally after 3 months I was called and told they were ready. The day I was supposed to pick them up, the owner called and said she forgot a tile and it would take another 8-10 weeks and she would deliver them herself because of the mix up and I was so patient. I finally heard back after 3 months and she said she was going to be out of town so she would call when she got back. After some time I had not heard from her so I called. She was home, but heading out of town again and would call as soon as she got back. I finally contacted her again and she tells me she was leaving town again but left the tiles with her neighbor, the hair dresser. I called the hair dresser and she said nothing was left with her for me. I did not bother to drive the hour to look for myself. I finally called the owner again and she said she will mail the tiles. I paid for calligraphy, which turned out to be printed onto a sticker from a computer and stuck onto the tile. One tile it is crooked and the other is missing information...like the wedding date. The flowers looked good. The time it took, I should get my money back. The calligraphy is wrong on one of the tiles and the owner told me I was wrong and she was right...even though I had the original receipt in front of me. I called the owner to discuss the overall issues and she made it clear I was at 100 percent fault. I am the now that should have been calling her constantly, not her. She did exactly as she said which was not true. She then said her hair dresser neighbor will no longer work with her because I had given her an attitude. To which I replied: "I know you are lying because Deb and I hit it off great". She then said I wasn't the one the neighbor was complaining about, it was someone else. I would not suggest her to anyone. Her memory is only good if it is in her favor. I will be looking for someone to remove the sticker and do a proper job on the calligraphy.
