Edward L Andersen Electrician

I had 3 septic pumps replaced in 5 years on a $50,000 septic system installed by the original electrician. Upon replacing the last pump 2 months ago, the electrician produced no paper work or warranty for the motor. When asked to produce the warranty, he said it was at home. The next time he came to be paid, he said he forgot it and would get it; on May 21, he went to great lengths to leave a cell phone message (encoded on my email) that he would: ?have them (Prescott in Exeter, NH) pull it up on the computer to cross reference everything?. and ?the girl? in the office will type up?will give us photo copies of the sales receipt and type the warranty, probably not until Monday (May 24, 2010)?and drop it at the house?. None of this ever happened. I have never heard from him since he cashed his check, and he killed two plugs in the house doing another job, which I recently discovered. I had other issues with him about not coming to various jobs when promised and entering my house while I was at work without permission after ?snooping? for the key (his words). I believe he saw me as a cash cow for the septic pumps as all vendors involved, the system installer, the engineer, the pump company and another electrician, all agreed the issue of 3 pumps burning out in 5 years warranted scrutiny beyond simply replacing pumps.
