We are New England Synthetic Lawns. We are a family owned, operated, and insured small business, that provides first quality synthetic grass, manufactured in the USA. And provide service beyond clients expectations. I met with the manufacture, was trained by the manufacture, and will be the one involved from design to finish project. We do not sub out any of our installs and stand behind all labor for a minimum of 12 months. The synthetic grass we sell comes with an 8 year warranty. We are extremely meticulous with all aspects of the install. From keeping the work site clean and free of trash. To making sure the install will last as long as the 20 year life expectancy of the synthetic turf. That’s why we have earned a 5 star rating with Home Advisor. We are also BBB a credited.

I had a great experience and only wish I had contacted Bruce many years before. The area for our artificial turf is for my outdoor dog kennel and it is AWESOME! The product wears well, looks natural and the upkeep is simple. I had several choices of turf to choose from and I am very pleased with the finished project. It keeps everything tidy and for pets, it is a pest-free surface so that serves as an added bonus. The job was done right on time with great workmanship and communication every step of the way. There should be 6-stars rather than 5.

Bruce Clifton is a true professional. He arrived on time and completed the job in two days as promised. He and his coworker were polite and a pleasure to work with. The artificial turf is gorgeous and will last for years. You do not find great professionals often these days, but Bruce Clifton is one of them.

Very prompt - very honest. I especially liked that Bruce Clifton would email me the evening before to give me the schedule for the following day. I think his product is superior and the backing I chose is proprietary. I have a property that does not drain well, and without much sun, also I have 5 dogs. I did not want the turf that vets use but an upgrade Bruce provided options plus I wanted envirofil vs sand. Bruce provided all and was clean organized and respectful of my property. A 5 STAR ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Gentleman, Product and Installation.

Bruce is wonderful. He built me a beautiful putting green and worked with me throughout the process to make alterations. I had originally contracted with another company but he just gave me a round around and never showed up even though he had my deposit and committed to several start dates. Furthermore it took me a couple of months and many messages to get my deposit returned Bruce was just the opposite. He came when promised and never left, except for bad weather, until the work was completed. He is a good, honest, competent and reliable man.

I hired Bruce to install a putting green in my backyard after a terrible experience with another contractor. Bruce is very honest and reliable and really takes pride in his work. We started with a smaller project but had to modify that through no fault of Bruce. He made suggestions throughout the project and I ended up with a nicer green and retention wall than I ever anticipated. I highly recommend Bruce. I, also, found Bruce through Home Advisor. Please do not confuse Bruce's company {New England Synthetic Lawns] with another company with a similar name. New England Synthetic Lawns is based out of Mendon, Ma but he works throughout the region.

I found Bruce through this website. He responded promptly, came out very soon to look at the job, and worked with me to come up with a few different options, based on what I could spend. He arrived on the day, explained what he would be doing, and went to work! Took about 2 1/2 days, to transform my barren wasteland of a backyard (2 dogs!) to a beautiful play area for them. Very easy to work with, professional and polite. Came back to tweak a couple areas when necessary. Bruce ALWAYS returns emails quickly, and is a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him AND his product. My life is so much easier with my new grass - no muddy paws!! Definitely worth it!!

Excellent Experience working with Bruce Clifton of New England Synthetic Lawns. Every call, text, email was answered promptly. His estimates were spot on and beat all other estimates I rcvd. Arrived timely, and within minutes were hard at work ALL DAY and 1/2 the night long! Bruce listened to everything I needed (ie, solution for mud runoff, regrading and leveling an area, & install synthetic turf) and didn't miss a thing. He explained the job in detail, and gave me several estimates/options to choose from. Two days later, and I have a low maintenance, clean, mud-free play area. Great work, great prices, GREAT TEAM.

I had a chipmunk poke his head through my front yard lawn. Bruce came and fixed it, the chipmunk had to move. Bruce is great to with and goes the extra mile. I love my lawn .

Bruce was very responsive and available to ask questions. His estimate was accurate, and he delivered on his proposed timeline for the work. He went above and beyond with left over materials, creating a border around the paver patio that we had installed with the synthetic lawn. The grass is great to play on for children, and the reclaimed backyard has added to our quality of life and value of our home. His prices were 10%-25% lower than other estimates we got, and the material that he uses is more environmentally friendly than competitors. If you are considering synthetic grass, definitely put Bruce on your short list.
