Mighty Duct was founded in April 1994 by heating professionals who saw a need for air duct cleaning. We sought out the most powerful vacuum equipment available in order to perform an efficient and thorough job. Because we have the proper equipment air duct cleaning is, for the client, a clean and routine process. All of Mighty Duct's technicians are trained from the NADCA standards and adhere to a proven process that has brought value to thousands of customers. It is the goal of every Mighty Duct technician to provide friendly, neat and effective air duct cleaning services that will leave our customers "breathing easier!" We are fully insured and privately owned. Duct cleaning is our primary business. There are many other companies out there who have duct cleaning as an added service, but we think that is short sighted, and believe we should focus on investigating more in state of the art equipment, and dedicate our time to continuing to learn more about our field. We'd rather be the best at one thing, than "acceptable" in several. As a successful private business, we have resources to invest in the future. We will bring you exceptional duct cleaning services at a reasonable cost, so all can enjoy the benefits of great air quality.

My only suggestion would be, since we're a shoes-off-in-the-house family, is to wear protective booties over your shoes in the house. Some other providers we've used do this, and it's appreciated.
"We were hired to clean 30 dryer vents at this property. Because it's impossible to expect all 30 occupants to be home on the same day, it was decided to clean the vents from the outside only. This process takes less time so we charged less money. During the cleaning, we captured most of the dryer vent lint and some dust/lint was blown into the outside air. We did our best to vacuum any lint from the snow. I am very sorry that you seem to be unhappy with our service. I don't know of any company that can offer 100% service at 1/3 the price."
They did a very good job--nice finish work and a lot of preparation before hand. Took some time because repaired ceiling had to dry before being painted. I am very pleased.
