Very disappointed with our first dealings with Mighty ducts...From the beginning they did not show up for the appointment. "One of the techs went home sick" No call to advise us of this. We were advised when we called on Monday to reschedule. When they did finally come out--the compressor was not working-- that was fixed---their camera to take pictures of before and after was not working...it was suggested to use ones cell phone to take the pictures...they cleaned the ducts from above - unit was in attic- Had a mold smell issue that somewhat decreased upon their first visit. Was advised that with their experience a second spraying would definitely help with this issue---the office forget to tell the tech so another week goes by- we call the tech- he says he is on Boston on a job and will try to come out at the end of the day - we asked him to call us either way-- never heard from him-- several calls to the tech and to office "someone will be out there in the morning to respray" only no one showed or gave a courtesy to call to say they couldn't make it. ---we were obviously being blown off.

They were quite professional. There were 4 service men, they arrived a little early, but that was actually good because of the amount of work. It took about 2+hours. I would definitely recommend them.

Roy did a wonderful job replacing my dryer vent. It was not an easy job as this vents runs up through my second floor, through the attic, and out a side wall. I hadn't used my dryer for awhile because I found out it was no longer up to code and I was nervous about a fire starting after being used for over 10 years. He even had to shoo a bird out of my attic. I also had him attach a birdcage like cover so that no more birds would be getting in my attic. I feel much safer using my dryer. Thank you Roy!

Ron and his crew were great! We had really dirty AC ducts and drier vents in the new house we just moved into. The previous owners had never cleaned them. Ron and his crew also changed all of the filters for the ducts at no charge. They were nice and courteous, and very helpful in explaining what they were doing. A few weeks later when we realized they had not cleaned a vent that was hidden at the time, they came back to clean it without hesitation. I would definitely recommend Mighty Ducts!

The 2 technicians were very efficient, clean, and considerate. It was a rainy day when they came and they were very careful not to track any mud in my house. They did a very thorough job. I do not have to dust as often anymore. Money well spent! THANKS!
