I have personally purchased multiple vehicles from here. a few months ago they fixed a wiring harness that was shorting out. I suggested they replace it and they said no. Prior to this i lost part of my transmission because of the short circuit that alone was a costly repair. The problem came back. Exact same problem as before. I was told minimum of 2 weeks, its not there fault if I lose my transmission again even if they did a bad fix and they offer no loaners even if its under there warranty. Not even a discount for there rental cars that I would have for at least 2 weeks. My wife is about to purchase another car in the next 2 weeks, and assumed we would go here again, and now we are going else where. My family has also purchased multiple cars here. When you have a warranty issue especially when it can cause major damage you try to bend over backwards, have someone work overtime or at least offer a couple other options rather than try to go somewhere else they may be less busy. That's a great way to keep a long term customer who manages a fleet of vehicles.
