Heating and Air Conditioning Service
Our central AC compressor died. The original unit was installed by Ed Grace 25 years ago and we never had a problem. The compressor stopped working, we called Grace HVAC Friday morning at 8:00 and had a return call by 9:00. They were at our house Friday afternoon at 5:00p.m. and tried to fix it. Ed Grace was there for over an hour even though he was leaving on vacation the next morning. The compressor needed to be replaced.
Ed explained all the options and made a couple recommendations that varied in price. I opted for full replacement with the latest and greatest. This included compressor unit, air handler, piping connecting the two. They also replaced alot of the old duct work with high efficiency insulation.
For proper sizing Ed Grace did full analysis of the house which is an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, sky lights and large window and slider doors. The sizing of the equipment is perfect....runs enough to properly remove humidity but powerful and efficient enough to really cool the house on the hottest days!
These guys did a great job and I was really impressed that on a Friday night before vacation they came and did everything they could to get the system running. Top quality installation as well! Highly recommend them!

Great quality work and a fair price but communication was a REAL struggle. Took numerous calls by me, my wife and the referring contractor to get a response.
