Professional and thorough -- which you'd hope (sometimes in vain!) to get from any provider. What stands out is David's patience and thoroughness in explaining whatever the homeowner might have wanted to understand about the process, safety, etc. Even years later, when I reached out to ask for clarification about particular surfaces and safety, he graciously took the time to offer all the clarification I was looking for. Highly recommend.

David was punctual, professional, friendly, and went above and beyond, patiently answering our many questions.

They were very professional. They are located in Melrose, Massachusetts. He did it at the price he quoted, he was there on time, he delivered the report on time, he did everything I expected him to do. On price, he was very competitive. I did some shopping and they tend to be anywhere between $325 and $375. He's a master inspector as opposed to just an inspector, so I would expect him to be a little more expensive and I didn't have a problem with that, but that was my choosing to go with a master inspector as opposed to just a regular inspector. I thought that price was reasonable. He wasn't the cheapest, but that's okay. For punctuality, an A; he was there right on time.

David was on time and very thorough. He went through all four floors, took notes and did a great job. After 2.5 hours he spent some time giving me his oral report and what my next steps should be. He sent me an e-mail copy of his report that night. He was fast and efficient.

Our experience with Titan Lead Testing was fantastic. Dave returned my phone call promptly and was able to schedule an inspection for the next day, which was great. He showed up on time and was very personable. He did an incredibly thorough job both in testing our home and in communicating how to interpret the results. This is not our first experience with the lead abatement process, as we went through it for our apartment previously, and even so his guidance was very helpful. When it turned out we did have some lead abatement to do, he provided some leads on companies to get in touch with for removal and also collected dust samples to give us a sense of what we were dealing with. 110% recommend.

David came to our house on time and in a very professional manner performed multiple tests for lead paid all over our house both inside and in some places outside. He also tested our garden shed in the backyard. After few days I received via email a very comprehensive report with all the details. The only reason I gave "B" grade for price is because $400 is on the higher end of what I was expecting for such a testing especially considering that regular inspections oscillate between $400 - 600 but it was definitely worth it for the quality of the overall service.
