The Landscapers Inc

The service is good when they come out and do it but it is very hard to get a hold of them. They don't respond to emails or phone calls. We contracted them to come out and mow the lawn 6 times and they only came out 5 times. We were not satisfied with their service.

We were looking for a landscaping/lawn company to contract with and thought that the Living Socials deal would give us a good idea of how well we liked the company's services before we signed a long term contract. We contracted to have the service start mid July.  The first week, July 12th was fine.  Very nice job.  Ten days later we were still waiting for them to cut the lawn as the deal was weekly cuts. The grass was tall and looked horrible. We also use Scott's Lawn services for fertilizing and shrub care and tree service.  Besides our neighbors, even Scott's Lawn Services was surprised that we were letting the grass grow so long.    We had to contact the The Landscapers Inc company every two weeks to come and cut the lawn.  No apologies, and one person even asked us if we were interested in signing on for a long term contract.  Each time I contacted the company, I asked them to please cut the lawn weekly as per the contract.  This never happened and I wonder if the company would have ever come and cut the lawn if I didn't contact them.  I also noticed that the truck and trailer that came did not have any company sign or logo on their trucks which makes me wonder whether they sub-contracted out their work. It was truly disappointing because when they came, they did a very nice job.   We will definitely search Angie's list for a more reliable landscaping company.
