We have used Terry's service for years. He's great. He does a thorough job of cleaning out our gutters and lets us know if there are any issues we should consider fixing. A+

Terry Riley was quick to return my call and schedule the appointment. In addition to the cleaning, he also repaired some damaged gutters.

In spite of an injury, Terry got the job done.

We needed to have a downspout removed at our new house because it was dumping water directly against the foundation causing basement leaking. Terry was the only person we called to say he could come to look and then do the work in less than 6-8 weeks.
We are satisfied that the work was done well. There was an unexplained gap of several weeks' time between his work on the rear gutter and his return to do the other gutters. We figured he would be back eventually because he had left a ladder in our yard, but our calls were not returned.
He eventually called us, saying he had been sick and in the hospital. He did return to finish, though he looked like he was still not great physically. We can't blame him for being sick, but I did down-check him on punctuality and communication because it would have been better if someone had called us with information on the delay (he said his wife had gotten our calls).

Hiring Superior Gutter was a great decision.  Within a couple of hours of leaving a voicemail I got a call back that Joe had already inspected our gutters and proposed the necessary additions, repairs, and maintenance.  He was very knowledgeable and took the time to discuss various options with me.  I found out later that is was all coordinated by the Terry the owner who was on vacation!  The next day I had a written quote in hand and was able to schedule the service for later the next week.  In my opinion, Joe went above and beyond making small repairs to the flashing and siding wherever he saw things that might turn into bigger problems later.  Also, when he couldn't find the correct color to match our existing gutters at multiple distributors, he selected a complementary color that looks great and then found spray paint to match the original where necessary.  The result was a nice uniform look around the whole house.  The work was completed in about a day and a half and looks terrific.  I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again!

Found them very accomodating... contacted them that day, they stopped by between jobs, called me with a quote (which I considered very reasonable) and did the work on the same day... cleaned all gutters, reattached a downspout, made sure they were secured, even cleaned out a birds nest in one of the sills on the house. Good experience and will continue to use them in the future.

Superior came in at the middle price of the three Angie's List companies that offered gutter replacement and repair. Two were general contractors, Superior was the only "exclusive" gutter company. All were in 10% of each other. After scheduling the work, Superior arrived on the weather permitting days, and called in advance when the weather prohibited them from working. They finished in one week, craftsmanship was very good, and they quickly returned to repair an issue I had with one gutter and down spout. Overall, an excellent company to do business with, reputable I and in business for over 20+ years. I would give them an A Grade..

They did a good job in a short span of time. They came on time. They were very professional and I am happy with the job they did. They cleaned the place after they finished their work.

Terry is often out working so he won't be able to return your call right away but he is very polite and will try to return your call within one business day. Initially he was not able to schedule the estimate visit due to previous engagements (which was actually a source of concern on our part; I thought he'd just forget about us or would not come in for weeks) but he gave me a call again the next day and suggested that his working partner Joe come in and take a look. I was initially told that Joe would come in about 90 minutes but he came in much later than that. But I was working out of home so it wasn't a big deal. Joe took a very close look and gave us an estimate, which was alot lower than the other estimates I was getting (I also liked the fact that he actually came in to diagnose the problem; other gutter guys would not even try to come in and just gave me the estimates over the phone without even taking a look) so we had him work on it right away. Joe was very thorough and worked efficiently. Today it was raining so I took a look outside and our gutter no longer leaks and the water is re-directed the way we wanted. I highly recommend these guys.

I called on a Wednesday or Thursday, heard back from Terry on the weekend, he came out and cleaned the gutters on Monday. This is the second time we've called him-the first time, he also replaced our damaged downspouts a couple of years ago and they're still in great shape now. Terry & his guys do a nice job of cleaning up afterward too.

I called, the owner visited and then they did the job in a few days. Overall, I was happy with the service.

They were good; they did what they said they would do. They came when they said that they were they going to come; they were very professional and we had no problems with them.

The owner, Terry Riley, was easy to get hold of, and came out quickly for an estimate. He gave us the best estimate and was the quickest of 3 contractors we contacted. He started the work within 3 weeks (some delay was due to rain, and some to the July 4th holiday). He called us two or three times to let us know that he was delayed, and to keep us posted. He and two friendly and capable workmen completed the job in three days, and completely cleaned up the job site. We had some very specific and apparently unusual requests regarding the placement of downspouts and the angling of the gutters, and Terry and his staff figured out how to get the job done to our specifications. They did not try to sell us on "their way" or do something other than what we wanted.

Terry was hard to get hold of initially, because he's not in the office much. But he does return calls and he came out to scout out the job, while I was home. Nice guy, explained what he recommended doing and was very knowledgeable. He called with an estimate a few days later, which I agreed to. Came out and did the job, while we were at work a few days after that. Job was done at the estimate price and no mess was left behind. The only evidence they had been there, was clean gutters and new downspouts! Terry was a nice local guy and I will use him again next time my gutters need cleaning.

Very prompt, professional, courteous service. Always return phone calls and comes when he says he will. Had done major repairs for us in past and we were very pleased with his work and now use them for gutter cleaning every year.

DIDN'T COME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. WORK DONE DIDN'T MATCH HIS VERBAL QUOTE. AS SOON AS WORK WAS DONE HE STARTED HARASSING ME FOR PAYMENT BEFORE SENDING A BILL. ONCE HE SENT THE BILL, FURTHER HARRASSED ME FOR PAYMENT.
