I offer heating and cooling repair and installation services. I do not sell oil, only service. All work is done by myself, the owner. Because my overhead is smaller than larger companies I can offer better pricing. In most cases the customer will receive the same expert services at a savings of 20% or more.

Full disclosure - I knew Sean previously and called him because I knew he was starting his own business. Sean is local to Melrose and worked for decades with a top oil company until starting his own business. I don't know all of his qualifications and capabilities, but I know he does heat and a/c work. Sean came through when I expected him; he explained what was going on with my oil tank, fixed it and put in an upgrade, serviced the heating system and then charged me much less than my oil company quoted.
What's most important to know about Sean is he is as professional as they come, very fair with his prices and responsive. Whether is email or phone, I know he'll get back to me quickly and show up on time. So if for no other reason than to support a good person who's trying to get their own business off the ground, give him a call if you need heat or a/c work. At the very least, get a quote - it might be less than your oil company charges.
