I emailed and got a prompt and pleasant response. We scheduled our appointment easily and without incident, and he called me to let me know when he was about 30 minutes away, which I appreciated. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, friendly, and needed no direction from me. Performed the service beautifully, was appreciative and courteous, and then on his way. I would use him again and would recommend him anytime!

I moved into a new place that had a baby grand piano in the living room. Jay was very polite from the beginning and upfront about any potential costs that may take place. He even repaired a few items on the piano so it looked better. Highly recommend - don't hesitate.

He is just really good. He is so competent. He is very efficient and quick. He is very accomplished at what he does. I'm going to have him back for more work. He has done an outstanding job. Even though the piano is older than he is, he treats it like he's known it for a long time. He also suggested I redecorate the room where my piano sits for better sound. I installed carpet, window treatments and repositioned the piano with an area rug under it. The sound improved greatly; it was like a different piano after the redecorating and Jay¹s tuning.

His name is Jay Natale, and he tunes my piano perfectly. He is unbelievable. Whenever he sees something too worn out with the piano, he restores the pieces and puts them back inside the piano. He is really an expert in the field, and he is really good at restoring any worn out pieces to their original state. He also plays the piano very well, and he plays beautiful music after tuning my piano.
