NORTHEAST TILE INSTALLATION

My wife is disabled, requiring at home nurses as well as Nightly IV medication etc. As you can imagine sending my wife to her dads for 3 days so that Mark could tile our kitchen was a MONUMENTAL TASK. Mark came and removed the old flooring on day 1 to find that the entire floor was covered with a sticky tar like substance, uneven plywood patches, rotten wood, and many areas that would move a great deal when stepped on! Knowing that you cannot tile over a any of this, I started asking questions and he basically said that he was planning to tile over it all "it would be fine"! Next day the first words out of his mouth were "Im off the job" no explanation. I reminded him that my wife was coming home in two days in a wheelchair and there was sticky tar on my floor. He refused to talk, packed up his stuff, demanded $300 payment for the "work" he had done, and left. I offered to help/pay more but he just left. IMHO Mark is the most unprofessional uncaring person I have met in my life!

Northeast Tile Installation does an excellent job! I really like that they did not put us off. They were also very pleasant to be around, with a very professional and friendly attitude. I will recommend to everyone.
