+ -1 moreIt went very well. They came and gave us an estimate in a timely fashion, arrived to do the work when promised, and came back promptly when asked to fix a small corner which was not sealed tight. They cleaned up all the rubbish and left the premises in good shape.
Description of Work: The work was performed at a condominium complex. Due to storm damage, to balcony ceilings were ripped off and the underside damaged as well. Manganaro Construction cleared off the remaining ceiling elements, stripped off rotted and water damaged beams, scrubbed and rustproofed the ironwork and replace ceilings with new strappings and new surfaces.
