 + -1 moreBecause of the storm there were a lot of trees down and Mr. Lieberman was very busy so he couldn't get back to my fathers right away. Then he started making excuses - he'd say he would be there, and then not show up. My father was getting very frustrated. He was on the phone with his selectman almost daily - and finally called Royal Green Tree Service. Bruce (the owner) spoke with Walter and they came to some agreement. Royal Green Tree Service came and took the rest of the tree down on January 18, 2012. Almost 3 months later. We do appreciate how quickly Lieberman Tree Service came to take down the first part of the tree - He really did save my fathers house. But what we had to go through to get the rest of the tree taken down was unacceptable.
Description of Work: My 81 year old father hired Lieberman Tree Service to take down a tree in his side yard. Part of the tree had already fallen into his neighbors yard and it was urgent that the rest of the tree come down as soon as possible. A storm was coming & the part of the tree that was still up was hanging over my fathers house & it was obvious it wouldn't make it through a strong storm. We called Lieberman Tree Service and Walter Lieberman did come right out - and he did get the part of the tree that was over my fathers house taken down. We were very grateful - the tree would've destroyed my fathers small house if Walter hadn't taken it down. But he didn't have the time to take the rest down - so he left the trunk (butt) of the tree My father paid him in full even though the work wasn't completed. That was October 28, 2011
