I got John Ellis's phone from Angie's list. I called night service at 21:45 and 22:15 for leaking gas water heater. He came in at 22:45 as he promised and shut off the gas water heater and recommended us to install a tankless water heater. We did not decide to go ahead to get one. It took 30-45 minutes for service and explanation. I have been charged $350 for the service.
